PV Basics Workshop Series

The PV Basics Workshop Series will focus on the design and installation of solar electric technology systems. It will target electricians, contractors, related trades and union members, facility managers, renewable energy installers, and anyone interested in learning how to install and use solar electric technologies.

There will be four sessions...

• Session 1: Basics of solar electric technologies, solar resource fundamentals, applications and system components


• Session 2: Grants, incentives, loans and business opportunities in the clean energy field


• Session 3: Overview of the codes and standards associated with these technologies


• Session 4: Hands-on demonstration of a solar electric system at Tri-C
